About Me
I am a corporate trainer and consultant who helps individuals and organizations improve their performance and achieve their potential. I have a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and a master’s degree in quality management, which gives me a unique perspective on the technical and managerial aspects of various industries.
i am also a quality management specialist who has extensive experience in implementing and auditing quality standards and systems. I am also a speaker who can captivate any audience with his insights and stories.
SHORT BIOGRAPHY:
I have created and delivered online video courses on various topics such as customer service, communication, and risk management, reaching more than 9,000 learners from 37 countries across six continents. I have also conducted physical training in Bahrain and GCC (UAE, Oman, Qatar & KSA). I have designed and developed more than 100 training programs and established or enhanced the quality management system for more than 10 organizations in different fields. I have achieved the Competent Communicator Award from Toastmasters International in less than 9 months and published various motivational and business articles in well-reputed newspapers.
I am also a writer and reader who loves to express my thoughts and feelings through poems and articles. I love training and feels proud when he sees his learners achieve their goals and dreams. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey and that everyone can grow and excel with the right guidance and support.
